Based in Tewskesbury, but originally from Czech Republic, my journey as a Chef has given me a wealth of experience in many different kitchen environments, in a number of different countries.
Food has been my passion from a young age and I am now embracing the culinary world as a self-employed Chef; bringing my cooking skills and kitchen management into temporary relief work, longer-term employment and intimate private functions.
